Registration is non-refundable. In you are unable to compete, you must email the race director before the event and you may be eligible for a discount or credit towards the 2025 race. If we must cancel the race due to inclement weather, there will be no refunds.
If the case of inclement weather or other unforeseen factors that may threaten the safety of the participants, the City of Olathe reserves the right to alter, eliminate portions, or modify the event. If the starting time is delayed, staff will update participants through the PA System if available and on The Rainout Line at 913-203-4301 EXT 6. Our staff will determine when the event has returned to acceptable conditions. The event can be delayed, but the park must be open to the public by Noon. Our staff can only delay until it is no longer possible for the race to be completed before the park must be reopened. If conditions have not improved or the City of Olathe deems the course unsafe, the event will be cancelled with no refunds. There will be no rain date or rescheduling of this event.
