2024 Campaign Goal: $155,000
For the 18th year in row, the Olathe Mayor’s Children’s Fund Board is honored to partner with local charities to meet the basic needs of Olathe children. We’ve selected 15 outstanding organizations to support, each with a proven track record of serving our community.
2024 Charity Partners:
- Mission Southside
- KVC
- Boys & Girls Club of Greater KC
- Health Partnership Clinic
- El Centro
- Johnson County Christmas Bureau
- Olathe Family YMCA
- Center of Grace
- Catholic Charities
- Starfish Project
- Olathe Public Schools Foundation
- Angel Clothing Foundation
- Kids TLC
- Life Journey Foundation
- CASA
Your donation this year will help these charities achieve their various missions. Some will ensure children have food to eat each day. Others will help Olathe families keep the lights on and a roof over their heads. And some of our charity partners focus on personal needs, including underwear, socks, soap and deodorant.
While the details of each program vary, they all share the same vision – that every child should have their basic needs met.
Children in our community shouldn’t have to worry about having shoes that fit or a backpack to carry their homework. Kids should be able to focus on being kids.
It’s a privilege to serve as Mayor of a community as generous as Olathe. Thanks to your commitment to Olathe children, together we’ve raised more than $2 million since 2007! Every donation stays in Olathe to take care of kids right here in our community. With your support, we can help thousands more children this year!
