Planning Commission Meeting Information
In an effort to follow social distancing guidelines during the COVID-19 pandemic, the City of Olathe Planning Commission will be conducting the April 27 public meeting remotely. The meeting will begin at 5:30 pm and members of the public are encouraged to watch the meeting live online at OlatheKS.org/PlanningCommission, or at your own convenience once the meeting video is archived within hours of its conclusion.
Residents may provide public comment on all public hearing items included on the evening’s agenda by:
- Submitting written comments via email to PlanningContact@Olatheks.org. All comments will be made part of the record and shared with the Planning Commission and City Council.
- Participating via Zoom. Email the Planning Division at PlanningContact@Olatheks.org before the meeting with your name, address, and the specific public hearing item you wish to speak on. Instructions to login to Zoom will be posted as part of the meeting packet prior to the meeting date.
