The public is invited to attend all Planning Commission meetings or watch the City of Olathe Planning Commission meetings live online. The public may also watch at their convenience once the meeting video is archived within hours of its conclusion.

Planning Commission Speaker Guidelines

• Persons wanting to address the Planning Commission may sign-up in person at the meeting or in advance by contacting the Planning Commission by phone at 913-971-8750 or by email at PlanningContact@OlatheKS.org.
• Speakers who want to address the Planning Commission about a public hearing item will be allocated a maximum of five (5) minutes each.
• Members of the public who are unable to attend a public hearing but wish to have their comment as part of the public record may email a comment in advance to PlanningContact@OlatheKS.org.
