The City of Olathe provides the opportunity to request water and sewer utility locates online via the Online Locate Request Form. Users must agreed to the following terms in order to proceed via the online scheduling system.
Conditions of use:
- I agree on behalf of myself and/or my company to release, remise and forever discharge, the City of Olathe and any of its agents, employees, successors, and assigns of and from all claims, demands, damages, actions, causes of action of suits of law or inequity, of whatsoever kind of nature, for or because of any tickets, reports, or other information the City of Olathe attempts to transmit to me through the use of internet email.
- I acknowledge the City of Olathe has no control over third party telecommunications networks, servers or the internet and delays and disruptions of other transmissions over such networks are completely beyond the control of the City of Olathe. I understand and agree the City of Olathe does not guarantee the availability or reliability of such telecommunications networks providing the Online Locate Request service.
- I acknowledge that my access to the City of Olathe Online Locate Request Form is at my sole risk and agree the service and information provided are without warranty of any kind by the City of Olathe.
- I agree that under no circumstances, including negligence, will the City of Olathe or any of its elected officials or employees, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from my use or my inability to use the Online Locate Request Form. I acknowledge that this limitation applies to all content information or other services available through the City of Olathe, and whether or not the City of Olathe has notice of the possibility of such damages and whether or not circumstances giving rise to such damages may have been within the control of the City of Olathe.
- I agree the Online Locate Request service and all of the content of this site and the information I receive from the City of Olathe are the property of the City of Olathe. I may not reproduce, transmit, disseminate, sell, distribute, publish, broadcast, circulate, or commercially exploit the Online Locate Request Form, the content or the information in any manner without the expressed written consent of the City of Olathe.
- I understand the use of the City of Olathe Online Locate Request service and the conditions of the City of Olathe locates shall be governed by the laws of the State of Kansas.
