SDFs are collected when properties are developed, based upon the expected use and capital investment needed to pay for additional water treatment, distribution, and collection.- SDFs are set by Olathe Municipal Code Title 13 – Water and Sewer
- All SDFs are based on the water meter size.
- WaterOne and Johnson County Wastewater charge their own development fees.
