Child Seat Inspections take place Tuesday-Thursday, between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Please call 913-971-7817 to schedule your appointment. 

• You must be an Olathe Resident.
• One vehicle per appointment.
• The vehicle must be clean and free of debris inside.
• Understand that this is an inspection.
• The officer will NOT install the child seat for you.
• Inspections will be scheduled at least a week in advance. 
• Instruction involves moderate physical activity.
• Participants should plan to attend as (with) one party who can physically engage in the process.

Emergency situations beyond control of the Olathe Police Department may cause cancellation without advance notice.
