Policies

Reservations

A seven day hold may be placed on the venue without a deposit. The hold will be released after seven days if no action to confirm the reservation has occurred.
Rental Policy
Alcohol Policy

Contract, Deposit, and Payment

20% of the rental fee payment is due at the time of booking.
50% of the rental fee is due four months prior to the event date.
Remaining 30% rental fee due four weeks prior to the event date.
Additional fees are due with final payment.
A $500 security deposit is required for events and is due at the final meeting. The deposit is refundable after the event assuming there is no damage to the venue.

Rehearsals & Decorations

Rehearsals are available based on availability of the venue.
Candles must be in a votive or enclosure.
Painters tape and command strips are allowed.
Fishing line, rope, ribbon, etc., are suggested when hanging items from the timber frame.
No duct tape, nails, screws, tacks, etc., are allowed.
All decor and items used to hang must be removed at the end of your event.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds for cancellations made after the payment due date.
In those cases where the full rental fee was paid in advance of the due date, the client may be entitled to a partial refund depending on the date of cancellation.
Rental fees paid can be transferred once to another available date with no penalty.
