Contract, Deposit, and Payment

• Contract signing and 20% rental fee deposit is due when confirming reservation date.
• 50% of the rental fee is due four months (120 days) prior to event date.
• The remaining 30% rental fee is due four weeks prior to the event date.
• Additional fees are due at the final meeting.
• A $300 security deposit is required for events and is due at the final meeting. The deposit is refundable after the event assuming there is no damage to the venue.

Cancellation Policy

• No refunds for cancellations made after the payment due date.
• In those cases where the full rental fee was paid in advance of the due date, the client may be entitled to a partial refund depending on the date of cancellation.
• Rental fees paid can be transferred once to another available date with no penalty.
