- Please submit requests no more than 6 months before your event and at least 14 days before your event. You can expect a response within 3 business days.
- Your submission of this request does not guarantee our participation at your event and emergency personnel could be called out an any time.
- Please consider mealtimes and exclude hours such as 11 to 1 p.m. and 5 to 6 p.m.
Note: We are unable to participate in birthday parties or the endorsement or promotion of products, services, or businesses. Attending your event does NOT grant permission for use of our name or logo in any advertisement or connect us in any manner to your event.
