Aquafit

Aquafit 

A low impact water aerobic exercise, this class is great for swimmers and non swimmers. It offers a wide range of motion to achieve greater flexibility. Light strength training and the water’s natural resistance help to build muscle tone and strength. This class is perfect for those with limited mobility, fragile bones, or weak muscles. Space is limited to each pool section.
