The Rainmakers, a local band from Kansas City, Mo., had a small string of hits in the late 1980s and early 1990s in the U.S. and parts of Europe. After reuniting in 2011 for the band’s 25th anniversary, they have released two more albums and continues to play shows around the Midwest.
