Family Fun Night - Christmas in July

  • Introduction: Visitors of all ages are welcome to experience what it was like to grow up in the 1870s. Thanks to support from the Mahaffie Foundation, this event is FREE to attend! Stagecoach rides are $3/person. The theme is Christmas in July!

Christmas In July Activities may include:Night Before Christmas

  • Meeting Union Santa
  • Listening to a reading of The Night Before Christmas
  • Making an 1860s ornament
  • Helping to make some Christmas treats in Mrs. Mahaffie's kitchen
  • Playing a game of Snapdragon (parental supervision required for youth!)
  • Free Admission!

Activities requiring a free:

  • Stagecoach rides, $3/person ages 3 & up
  • Making an 'S' Hook in the blacksmith shop, ages 8 & up, $4/hook
