We will be holding a virtual public meeting on Monday, May 20^th from 5:30 to 6:30pm to discuss the upcoming improvements and design of Quivira Road, from 143^rd St to 151^st St. The meeting will be hosted on Zoom; details are below. Attached is a copy of the postcard that was sent to area residents and businesses informing them of the meeting.

The public meeting will present the design for improving Quivira Road from a 2-lane unimproved roadway to a 2-lane divided arterial roadway. Improvements will include street reconstruction to include turn lanes and bike lanes, median, curb and gutter, storm sewer, and sidewalk improvements. Construction is tentatively scheduled to begin in 2026.
