In an effort to follow social distancing guidelines during the COVID-19 pandemic, theCity of Olathe City Council will conduct a virtual meeting at 7 p.m. on April 21, 2020. Members of the public are encouraged to watch the meeting live online at OlatheKS.org/OGN, or at their own convenience once the meeting video is archived within hours of its conclusion. The City Council agenda is available at OlatheKS.org/CouncilAgenda. The public is free to submit written comments via email to CCO@OlatheKS.org regarding any item on the April 21 agenda, and those comments will be shared with the City Council.

Residents may provide public comment on all public hearing items included on the evening’s agenda by:

• Submitting written comments via email to CCO@OlatheKS.org. All comments will be made part of the record and shared with the City Council.
• Participating via Zoom. Email CCO@OlatheKS.org before the meeting with your name, address, and the specific public hearing item you wish to speak on. Instructions to login to Zoom are included as part of the meeting packet.
