City of Olathe and Mid-America Regional Council (MARC) staff will host the open house and ask for feedback from residents regarding transportation projects in Olathe and throughout the Kansas City Metro area. Feedback will be incorporated in the upcoming Connected KC 2050 regional transportation plan.

The City of Olathe has identified nearly 100 projects that need to be completed in the next 30 years to include in the Connected KC 2050 plan, including improving I-35 interchanges and streets throughout the city, extending 119th St. west over the railroad, and more.

The Connected KC 2050 transportation plan is expected to be adopted in spring 2020.
