Splash Bashes at the OCC are available Saturdays and Sundays at 11 a.m., 12:30 p.m. or 2 p.m. and include:

•  45 minutes in a party room followed by unlimited swim time until the pool closes
• Up to 15 participants
• Table coverings

• Gift for the birthday child

Cost: $165 for Community Center members/$180 for non-members

What to Know

• You may arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled party time to set up.
• Check in with a party host at the Birthday Party check-in table.
• A wristband will be issued to each participant, up to 23 maximum people for one party room.
• There is a $9 fee per participant above the 15 included in the package.
• A party host will escort you and your party to your reserved space.
• At the end of your scheduled time, your party host will guide you to the pool area. 
• All items must be removed from the party room at the end of the scheduled time. Staff can assist with a cart to transport items.
• Children are required to be at least 48” tall to use the slides in the indoor pool.

After Hours Splashes at the OCC are available Saturdays and Sundays from 5-6:30 p.m. and include:

• Private use of the Olathe Community Center Pool
• Lifeguards on duty the entirety of the rental time

Cost: $600 on Saturdays/$700 on Sundays

What to Know

• Renters must be out of the facility within 15 minutes of the conclusion of the rental time or they will be charged a fee of $25 per additional 15-minute increment. 
• In case of pool closure due to mechanical issues or inclement weather, renters will be able to reschedule the party or receive a partial refund for the remaining rental time.
• Events canceled seven days prior to the event date will be entitled to a refund of 50%.

• 90 minutes of court time followed by 30 minutes of reserved area for refreshments. Refreshments are limited to individually packaged drinks and a celebration snack.

Boots, sandals, crocs, or any other footwear that could damage the gymnasium floor surface or deemed unsafe or inappropriate for indoor athletic activity is not allowed.
