Do you or someone you know have a suspended driver’s license or warrant for an outstanding traffic or criminal case out of Olathe Municipal Court? Amnesty Day is the day to get the issue resolved without fear of being arrested on the warrant.
Simply appear in Olathe Municipal Court, 1200 S. Harrison, between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Saturday, July 15, and your Olathe warrant will be set aside.

If you can pay your case in full, all unpaid warrant fees will be waived by the Judge.

Consideration of partial payments and payment plans will be at the discretion of the Judge.

An application for a restricted driver’s license for Kansas drivers will be available.

Payment can be made by cash, credit or debit card. Checks will not be accepted.
This is a one-day amnesty offer. Prosecutors, Judge, and Court staff will only be available between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Saturday, July 15 to assist you in case resolution.
