The Lakeview Avenue sanitary sewer improvements project will replace existing sanitary sewer lines between Keeler St. and Central St., extending along the south side of North Frisco Lake and Ridgeview Elementary School. The new sewer lines will be sized to handle existing and future flows and will replace existing lines that have deteriorated over time.

The City of Olathe continually reviews the existing sanitary sewer system to identify deficiencies and continue to provide reliable sanitary sewer service to our citizens. The Lakeview Avenue sanitary sewer improvements project was identified as a necessity during a recent study.

Stop by an Open House on Thursday, Nov. 15 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at City Hall (100 E. Santa Fe St.) to learn more about the project. The meeting will be held in the City of Governor’s conference room. 

The meeting will be an “open house” format. There will not be a formal presentation. Registration is not required to attend.
