Meet with City of Olathe staff and HDR Engineering, Inc. to discuss preliminary plans for the Lone Elm Rd., Old 56 Hwy to 151st St. Improvement Project.

This section of roadway will be widened from a two-lane street to a four-lane divided arterial.

Additional improvements include:

Medians
Turn Lanes
Streetlights
Sidewalks
Bridge Improvements
Geometric Improvements at the Old 56 Hwy/Lone Elm Intersection

Construction is expected to begin in 2020.
