HERO Day is a free program that introduces young women (ages 14 to 19) to a career as a firefighter.
All participants will spend the day alongside Olathe firefighters in a controlled environment as they are exposed to activities like search and rescue, hose line deployment, emergency medical services, bunker gear drills, extrication, and more.
