The City of Olathe is hosting an open house to discuss neighborhood improvements scheduled for the year. The event will be held at City Hall in the City of Governors Meeting Room on the first floor.

E. Elm St., E. Willow Dr., S. Windsor Rd., and S. Water St. will be reconstructed as part of the 2018 Local Street Reconstruction Program. 

Improvements will include:

• New full-depth pavement
• Concrete curb and gutter
• Sidewalks
• City owned streetlights
• Sanitary sewer rehabilitation (E. Elm St.)
• Installation of curb inlets and storm sewer (E. Elm St., S. Willow Dr., and S. Windsor Rd.)

The project will be managed by the City of Olathe Public Works Department and designed by consulting engineering firm George Butler Associates, Inc.

There will not be a formal presentation; however, staff will be available to discuss any questions or concerns.
